01 Definitions & Scope of Application

"Raja11" or "Platform" refers to the official Raja11 website accessible at raja11.win, along with all services, mobile applications, and digital products operating under it. "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered for and uses Raja11's services. "Terms" refers to this Terms and Conditions document.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and Raja11 as the platform operator. 02 Member Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at Raja11. Holding more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, phone number, IP address, device, or payment information, is a serious violation of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and your winnings voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Raja11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Raja11 supports a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX bank transfers via all major local banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The bank account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account held in the member's name. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses offered by Raja11 are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The exact wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

07 Member Responsibilities

9.2 Termination by Raja11

Raja11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, raja11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including:

• Service disruption or unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by the bank or third-party payment providers.

11 Responsible Gaming
